Your certificate is produced from what you enter here.
- Enter your Saudi Commission (SCFHS) registration number in this format —
12RM0001234 — with no spaces or dashes.
CME hours cannot be credited to your profile without a correct number.
- CME hours are earned by attendance. You must scan in when you arrive and
scan out when you leave, on each of the 2 days of the event.
Your recorded attendance is reviewed before certificates are issued, and
partial attendance may not qualify for CME credit.
- You confirm that everything you have entered is correct and truthful.
- Attendance is limited to registered participants only.
Children and accompanying guests cannot be admitted.

- Registration confirmation will be sent to your registered email.
- This is a free registration for the conference.
- Attendance is subject to venue capacity and event guidelines.
- You must present valid identification at the registration desk.
5. Code of Conduct
- All attendees must maintain professional conduct throughout the event.
- Respectful behavior towards speakers, organizers, and fellow attendees is mandatory.
- The organizing committee reserves the right to remove any participant who violates the code of conduct.
6. Photography & Recording
- The event may be photographed and recorded for promotional purposes.
- By attending, you consent to the use of your image in conference materials.
7. Changes & Cancellations
- The organizing committee reserves the right to modify the program or cancel the event due to unforeseen circumstances.
- Participants will be notified of any significant changes via registered email.
8. Liability
- SSBMT is not responsible for personal belongings, injuries, or damages during the event.
- Participants attend at their own risk and are responsible for their travel and accommodation arrangements.
