The SSBMT is governed by an elected Board of Directors and supported by specialist committees driving the society's programmes.
The SSBMT Board is the administrative body of the SSBMT, responsible for all running operations and decisions. It consists of nine to eleven Saudi consultants with expertise in the society field or specialization and who have been active members for at least one year.
